For my fourth of July sweets, I first made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and topped them with pop rocks, to add a little bit of kick! And because I thought they might be like fireworks in your mouth! The second was strawberries, dipped in white chocolate and then dipped in blue sugar, which I purchased at Hobby Lobby. Overall, they were a hit, and very simple to make!












Hey, my name is Katie. I'm a 18 year old wanna-be chef... but I'm going to school to be an elementary teacher. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and yes, I'm still in high school.
