Crazy Mofo

That's what this particular delicious whoopie pie is called according to "Whoopie Pies". Standard chocolate whoopie pie + whipped chocolate ganache + sprinkles = heaven! It's a different recipe from one of the ones I posted a couple of months ago, and it was so delicious! And they are so easy to make! The book (that I conveniently got for Christmas) offers several different pie flavors, such as chocolate, chocolate chip, peanut butter, pistachio-cardamom, gingerbread, moch and lemon (just to name a few). But it also lists recipes for about a billion different fillings- vanilla, chocolate ganache, lemon, marshmallow cream, bacon chive, and a bunch more. Needless to say, I'm excited to try the rest of these out. :]
