Hey, my name is Katie. I'm a 18 year old wanna-be chef... but I'm going to school to be an elementary teacher. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and yes, I'm still in high school. I've always dreamed of opening my own bakery, aptly named "Katydid Cakes". I have plans to attend SUU in the fall of 2011. I am very very LDS and proud of it! I love the color green, horses, and the Harry Potter books! I collect movies, and I love to cook... hence, this blog!
